The bar staff were friendly and cute.
We experienced significant issues . First, our room's so-called 'Bay View' turned out to be just a parking lot and tall buildings. This was misleading and really disappointing. The TV wouldn't connect to the internet, and when we asked for help, the front desk could only switch our room but it was too late to do that after settling in for the night. It seemed like no one was available to assist us with these problems, and it ruined the experience after a long day of travel.

A lovely cocktail surprise
Upon arrival, we were greeted with warm smiles and complimentary drink tickets. The room was cozy with great air conditioning.
There was a mix-up with my food delivery from GrubHub. It seemed like a staff member was involved in a not-so-pleasant situation while I searched for my meal.
